Long and elegant
Salmon color, fine and persistent bubbles. In the aroma, notes of red fruit, such as cherry and strawberry, harmoniously integrated with a light vegetal and bakery touch. On the palate, it is creamy and lively, with good acidity and aromatic presence. It finishes long and elegant.

After pre-cooling to 5ºC, the grapes were pressed directly without crushing or destemming. The obtained must was clarified by static decantation, followed by controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation to obtain the sparkling wine base. After disgorging, the second fermentation took place in the bottle (champagne method).
The aging on the lees was approximately 13 months in the bottle, with disgorgement taking place in May 2023.
