Dark red color. Very complex aromas of balsamic, dark fruits and notes of chocolate. Full-bodied in the palate, dense and voluminous with a good acidity. Fresh and greedy finish.

Grapes are harvested, to 25 Kg boxes, at its optimal ripeness; intending to show a vigorous maturity, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations.

Vinification

The grapes are trodden by foot in presses in the cellar where alcoholic fermentation begins. Fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy, after which the wines are bottled for the desired ageing according to their profile
