Wine Tasting
In the heart of the Monção and Melgaço sub-region, Quinta do Hospital is designed into a fully walled property with a manor house – the Solar do Hospital – dating back to the twelfth century, a period in history when D. Teresa donated the lands to the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem or Order of the Hospital, for the Hospitallers to settle in the County of Portugal.
Wine tasting
Visit to the vineyard, cellar and commented wine tasting
Approximate duration: 1 hour. Minimum 4 people.
Wine dinner
Visit to the Quinta with wine lunch/dinner
Minimum 25 people. Menu and price to be agreed. Price depending on menu.
PICNIC
Olive Garden Picnic
Minimum 10 people. Includes visit to the Quinta and tasting of the “Barão do Hospital” range wines.
