Tasting notes

Intense ruby colour. On the nose, aromas of black and red fruit dominate, with notes of spices and chocolate. An elegant wine with soft tannins, present but well-integrated acidity, and great persistence.

Grapes are harvested, to 25 Kg boxes, at its optimal ripeness; intending to show a vigorous maturity, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations.

Vinification

Grapes are always picked at their ideal ripeness, allowing for greater aromatic concentration, increased volume and persistence on the palate, and, naturally, an intense colour.
